Another one of those Khmer monuments that sprouts in strategic corner of Phnom Penh. I say "in the making" because it is still under construction.
That is funny: a country with monuments in the making. I'm sad: The Bucket List isn't even playing here yet. We are an underdeveloped country.

Wow!! Awesome picture! I like how you really start from the bottom towards the top! Awesome colors too! The gold goes well with the blue sky!
